It was a great summer and it is time to go back to school. I am going into 3rd grade this year and I got the teacher I wanted. Her name is Mrs. Anderson and it sounds like she likes sports just like me. I think we will get a long just fine .

I had a great summer of fishing. My best news is I caught 3 South Dakota Trophy Angler Smallmouth Bass while spending time with my Grandparents in South Dakota. All were over 19 inches and the biggest was over 21 inches. My record is still 22 inches but I will beat it!  The Little Tease skirts rock!

I also spent time in Wisconsin this summer with my other Grandparents. Lets just say that I caught a LOT of sunfish, largemouth bass and crappies there. Plus one or two perch.

We floated our river as well and caught lots of bass and northerns. I love the rapids and the current and floating it in the canoe.

I spent as much time as I could at Cabelas Aquarium looking at the very few fish at the weedez section. However, the ReelWeeds section had a few hundred fish around them. ReelWeeds pretty much rule in every way.

The good news is that Archery season opens here in just 2 weeks. We hung a stand this weekend that is sweet. It is totally enclosed in branches and the deer won't have a chance. This is my last year of watching and training and next year I will be ready, and old enough to archery hunt too. Deer....be afraid

Below are some photos of my biggest fish this summer.
