If you're a new visitor to the site, or an active visitor, one thing you have noticed is that the products you find on www.monsteroutdoors.com are unique.  One of the the reasons for this is that from the very beginning, it was the goal of Monster Outdoors to help out the entrepreneurs who are just starting out and haven't gotten into the stores yet.  It is our hope that we can help these small businesses can get their foot in the door of the retail world, make some sales, and eventually get to a point where more marketing opportunities become available.  For many of these small businesses Monster Outdoors provides their first sale, a great feeling for those who have worked endless hours and spent more money than they originally thought possible with the hopes of making a dream come true.  Maybe you are, or have been in this situation yourself.  Monster Outdoors welcomes anyone with a cool outdoors product that would like the chance to get their foot in the door.  If this is you, hit the contact button and someone will be in touch with you. 

For the next several blogs, I would like to feature some of these products and share a bit of information about them.  I would be more than happy to respond to anyone with questions.  If I don't know the answer, I will find someone who can.

First, I would like to introduce the Little Tease, by LaDredge Outdoors.  The Little Tease is very simple and very inexpensive.  What is it?  It is simply a multicolored silicon skirt that is mounted on a glow in the dark hub.  Simply run your fishing line through the hub and fish it in front of a tube bait or rubber worm for bass, or use it instead of a spinner on a walleye rig.  Trout and salmon fisherman are using these in front of spoons on their downrigger and long lines.  The Little Tease is available in several colors including a Plasmic Pink in which the entire skirt glows in the dark. We have had incredible success with these fishing with slip bobbers for walleye and smallies, but the possibilities are endless.  I personally will never fish a plastic bait without this attracting devise draped over my hook and can match the color of skirt with the plastic or contrast the colors in dirty discolored water.  LaDredge Outdoors offers an entire Teaser Leader family of products that are definitely worth checking out and trying.

The next product I feel is a must for anyone who runs a suitcase style generator is the BERG System.  This product allows you to have an external fuel tank which joins up directly with your generator's internal fuel tank.  What does this do?  Well, plane and simply, it will extend your generator running time up to 72 hours!  Yep, no more refueling in the middle of the night or worrying if your going to run out of gas during the kids DVD in the camper or while you're out fishing.  There is no drilling, taping, glueing or modifications required to your generator or fuel tank and accessories are available to let you use an external tank you may already own. This generator accessory is the only system that offers an aircraft quality gas cap with German engineered components.  When I first got mine, I thought I would only be using it for my permanent ice shack, but also use it for my camper when I'm in areas with no electrical hook ups and doing handyman work around the home and cottage when I don't want to run extension cords.  Trust me, once you've used it, you will love it.
